Shipping Policy

EKS Brand ships to all U.S. states and most international destinations where our carriers provide service from our Southern California warehouse.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) ship the next business day.
Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) ship on Monday.
Saturday delivery is available only in select areas and must be chosen during checkout.
All orders ship in the order they are received.
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are based on the service level you select at checkout.
Transit times are determined by the shipping carrier (such as UPS, USPS, or DHL) and may vary depending on:
Your distance from our Southern California warehouse
The carrier’s delivery network and service availability in your area
Seasonal volume, weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen events
Once your order has been shipped, EKS Brand cannot guarantee delivery dates.
All quoted transit times (such as “2-Day” or “Next-Day”) represent the carrier’s estimated delivery time after shipment and do not include order processing time, weekends, or holidays.
EKS Brand is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment experiences a delay, loss, or damage, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Our team will assist you with filing a carrier claim when possible.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if delivery is missed, the customer is responsible for both the return and redelivery shipping costs.
EKS Brand is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
No refunds will be issued for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
EKS Brand is not liable for theft, loss, or damage after confirmed delivery.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed delivered to the address provided.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your purchase or shipping costs at checkout.
If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, it will be returned to the U.S. warehouse, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
